Processing Time:
I'm currently one person show and I have full time job. Orders take 4-7 business days to process when in stock.

Shipping Time:
We only ship US for now until we figure out best shipping cost without breaking the bank. We ship using USPS first class which take from 7-14 business days excluding holidays. We also have priority option available. 

Shipping Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and send us a message using the contact page.  Customers are responsible for customs and duty costs.

Refund Policy
All sales are final unless products are damaged. We offer refund if sellers at fault. Buyer may choose to return and get full refund.
