Processing Time:
I'm currently one person show and I have full time job. Orders take 4-7 business days to process when in stock.

Shipping Time:
We ship domestically and internationally. We ship using USPS first class for domestic which take from 7-14 business days excluding holidays. We also have a priority option available. International varies which carrier depending on the fee and arrival. Usually I upgrade if the diffence are just couple of dollars. 

Shipping Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and send us a message using the contact page.  Customers are responsible for customs and duty costs.

Refund Policy
All sales are final unless products are damaged. We offer a refund if the sellers are at fault. The buyer may choose to return and get a full refund.
